Apart from the CNC Wiki and the repository of CNC-based research publications, the user support consists of the following major components:
- Advisory centre, a virtual platform for active user support and feedback (registered users only). It features a discussion forum and a helpdesk (with Q&A) that the users can use for quick assistance in case of any problems or simply for a help with complex corpus queries or research questions.
- Application-related issue tracking tool for reporting bugs in tools and data, as well as for requesting new features (registered users only). Similarly to the User Forum, the users can describe their issue that we will then look into, take action, and answer, with e-mail notifications about the progress so that they will not miss the solution.
- Other services include personal consultations, workshops, corpus hosting (including final technical processing, quality checks, and public access with related services), and providing customised language data packages. If you are interested in any of these services, please contact us.
